$38 per wristband for unlimited carnival rides from 3:30pm-8:30pm

(Please note: Game Booths, Activities, Coin Operated Rides and Petting Zoo are not included.)

 

ORDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED NO LATER THAN 
Wednesday, September 23rd at 2:05pm!

 

 * Cash/check payments must be returned to the front office no later than 2:05 pm on Wednesday, September 23rd.  Be sure to include student name(s) and order number with your check or cash payment.  Payments not received by 2:05pm on September 23rd will result in cancellation of the order.

* Please be sure to purchase a wristband for each child. No sharing of wristbands is allowed.

 Wristbands will be sent home on Thursday, October 1st.

I understand and agree that full payment has to be received at time of order.   If I am paying with cash or check I will drop off payment along with a copy of my printed receipt at the front office.  I understand that if my payment is not received by September 22nd at 2:05pm my order will be cancelled.
